Blogging to Fame

If you’re a blogger and you haven’t already done so, you should consider registering for Divya Uttams’s Blogging to Fame Awards. Divya’s take on blogging is that Google PageRank, whilst in itself a commendable achievement and a measurement of some kind of success, isn’t the only reward you should receive for running a successful blog. This democratic project hopes that its participants will identify 9 “A-list” bloggers from among the blogging community, and propel them to the dizzy heights of mass readership.

Once you’ve signed up for Blogging to Fame, you can “fame” your favourite bloggers, and their blogs too. It’ll only take a couple of minutes to sign up, then Divya will check your blog to make sure that you you qualify (she didn’t take long to verify The Far Corner). After that, you can go off and vote for all the bloggers you respect - you’ll likely recognise them by their avatars! Each blogger is allowed to nominate up to three of their own blogs for the Blogging to Fame 2007 Awards. Oh, and there’s potentially a substantial cash incentive for joining and getting your blog famed, too.

Have fun finding and voting for your favourite writers and blogs!
