Tracking online conversations
When you consider all of the websites you’ve visited that allow you to leave comments on blog posts, forums etc, it’s a difficult and time-consuming exercise checking whether anyone has replied to a question or comment you’ve left.
coComment is a useful tool for tracking these online conversations. For Firefox users, there’s an extension which will alert you if someone’s left a comment after yours. Users of other browsers can add a bookmarklet to their browser toolbar.
Integration with Technorati is straightforward, and there’s a plugin available for WordPress, too. Code is also available on the coComment website for users of other blogging software.
I find coComment indispensable.
